My family laughs at how little time I spend on my phone, usually <30 mins daily - and at weekends it's not uncommon for me to lose it somewhere in the house. It's always on mute unless I'm expecting a call which does sometimes get me in trouble with my wife if she's trying to get hold of me.
My computer screentime however is not quite as healthy - I've been working long hours and late at night too. Must make amends.
I worry for my children though, during Covid their screentimes went up dramatically as we loosened any restrictions and everything went online - and that created an ingrained habit in their phone use. I'm hoping they will find plenty more meaningful things to do with their time but it is so normalised now that I fear that total zombiefication awaits the coming generations.
